Patricia E. Smith, 77, supervisor for the Circuit Court of Cook County until her retirement in 1991, died Tuesday in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. A former resident of Chicago’s North Side, Mrs. Smith was a longtime member of St. Ignatius parish before moving to New York. Survivors include four daughters, Merrily Miller, Kathleen Ross, Lizbeth DeBoer and Jennifer Roltsch; two sons, Robert and Patrick; 17 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the John E. Maloney Funeral Home, 1359 W. Devon Ave. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 6559 N. Glenwood Ave., Chicago.
