Jack R. Wheeler, 80, a resident of Des Plaines for 33 years, died Monday in his home. Mr. Wheeler, who was born in Rockford, was a senior project engineer with TRW in Elk Grove Village. He was a member of the Masons and the Shriners fraternal and service organizations. Survivors include three daughters, Kimberley A. Moses, Tracey L. Jakobsons and Kelley Johnson; and 11 grandchildren. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines.
