Remember how fun the school Science Fair was if you had a really good project? Well, Steve Belliveau’s “Getting Excited About Science” exhibit, which takes place from 7 to 7:45 p.m. Friday at the Helen M. Plum Memorial Library in Lombard, may actually give you some ideas for that upcoming Science Fair. Belliveau, a magician, uses his magic tricks and his degree in engineering to present a mesmerizing program for kids. His magical experimentation involves electricity, friction, magnetism, and water and air pressure. If you’re four or older and have a valid Plum Library Card, stop by and learn something. The library’s at 110 W. Maple St. in Lombard. Call 630-627-0316.
