Once again, I was disappointed in your choice of Page 1 stories. On Dec. 17, you chose to relegate an important story to Page 6–a significant presidential press conference, the longest of Clinton’s presidency–held the previous day. Was the 32-year-old Cheryl Rude murder case really more important? Or Northwestern University’s image? Or the ADM case?
The New York Times on the same day had two Page 1 stories (and a color photo) on the press conference.
