While visiting Chicago for the holiday season, I purchased several copies of your newspaper. As a visitor here, I found the sections on Arts & Entertainment in particular very useful, providing me with accurate information on places to visit.
However I noticed that the references to the Royal Family and the Queen do not all feature capital letters.
In all cases, when referring to the Royal Family, it is imperative to use capital letters. This may be a convention that you were not aware of, and as such, I thought I should draw your attention to it.
