Terry R. Hoff, 55, of Downers Grove, an assistant secretary and risk manager for Anson Industries in Melrose Park, died Saturday in his home. He was a native of Melrose Park. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ellen; two sons, Robert and Richard; and his mother, Mary. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301 75th St., Downers Grove.
