Harold R. Swee, 82, of St. Charles, died Sunday at Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Mr. Swee was the owner and operator of the Crossroads Restaurant in Oak Forest for 20 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge of Oak Forest. Mr. Swee served in the Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Jeri; three sons, Ronald, Robert and David; two daughters, Sharon Swee Rabovsky and Betsy Swee Alma; 11 grandchildren; and three sisters. Private funeral services were held Tuesday.
