U.S. Rep. John Porter (R-Ill.) will hold the first of his 1998 series of community forums Jan. 31 in Arlington Heights.
According to Porter, comments or questions on any issue will be welcome. Members of his staff will be available to offer help in dealing with federal agencies.
Porter’s 10th Congressional District stretches from Wilmette to the state line and west to part of the northwest suburbs.
The forum will take place from 10 a.m. to noon in Windsor School, 1315 E. Miner St., Arlington Heights.
A second forum will take place March 9 in Highland Park, and a third will be April 25 in Green Oaks. For more information call 847-940-0202.
