Patrick Jeremiah Bychowski, 44, of Carol Stream died Sunday in Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. A Chicago native, Mr. Bychowski was a machinist. He also was a member of the Eaton Fishing Club and Northview Community Church. Survivors include his wife, Laura; a son, Joseph; a daughter, Sarah Lauren; five brothers; and three sisters. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Countryside Funeral Home, 950 S. Bartlett Rd., Bartlett.
