This is just about the best tea page on the Web, offering detailed information on the actual tea plant, an explanation of the various tea classifications and a foolproof guide to making great tea. It’s fun too. There’s tea chat (Java required) and even a fortunetelling link.

The Tea Council:

From England (where else?) comes a comprehensive tea site. Read about the history of tea and even learn how the Boston Tea Party led to a decrease of tea drinking in the American colonies. There’s a look at teas from around the world and articles on the health benefits.

This is a tribute to the spicy, aromatic tea drink of India.
