General Binding Corp., Northbrook, maker of business machines and related supplies, acquired the Allfax group of companies in England, a privately held office products maker and marketer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. General Binding said it expects Allfax to report revenues of about $6 million for the fiscal year ending April 30.
