Sally Kocik, 75, a former saleswoman, died Wednesday in Holy Family Medical Center, Des Plaines. She was a longtime resident of Des Plaines and was a saleswoman for J.C. Penney at Woodfield Shopping Center in Schaumburg for 10 years. She is survived by her husband, Edward; two sons, Dennis and Michael; two daughters, Deborah Benton and Michelle Drag; a sister; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines. Services will follow in the funeral home.
