First Union Real Estate Investments said it completed a $42 million purchase of an 1,100-space parking garage at 201 W. Madison St. The garage will be operated by Impark, which is owned by an affiliate of the Cleveland-based real estate investment trust. The garage includes ground-floor retail space with Walgreens as its major tenant.
