Mike Holmgren is now a bigger embarrassment to football than those fans from Chicago who “became” Packers fans for the last two years. Bernie Lincicome did an excellent job of detailing how the Green Bay coach lacks integrity and ruined a good game in Super Bowl XXXII. Even more notable was the comparison to Bears coach Dave Wannstedt. Surely, Wannstedt made many bad coaching decisions last season, but none of his bad judgments contradicted the spirit of the game to which he has dedicated his life.
Wannstedt’s Bears have problems, but he’ll never tell his defense to give up a touchdown.
