Vilas Development Corp. has opened Phase III sales at Michigan Avenue Lofts, a 20-story building with 267 units at 910 S. Michigan Ave. in down Chicago.
The 20 Skyline residences in Phase III are priced from $171,400 to $318,900 and are located on floors 14 through 18.
Two new Skyline plans are the 1,254-square-foot Model L and 1,273-square-foot Model M, priced from $214,900 to $232,400. Both feature two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. A master suite includes a walk-in closet and private bath and the kitchen opens to the combined living/dining room.
The 1,600-square-foot Unit K is also available on floors 14 through 18 and features two bedrooms, two baths and a large terrace. Depending on its location, the K unit is priced from $294,400 to $318,900.
Other Skyline residences range from 1,254 to 1,675 square feet, priced from $258,500 to $517,500.
Michigan Avenue Lofts also offers the Boulevard residences on floors 3 through 13. These units have 859 to 1,785 square feet and are priced from $129,900 to $383,400.
There also are 11 semi-custom penthouses on floors 19 and 20 that are priced from $500,000 to about $1.4 million, six of which remain for sale. Penthouses offer two to four bedrooms, dens per plan, two to 3 1/2 baths and have 2,431 to 6,000 square feet.
All residences feature balconies or recessed terraces, oak floors, doors and trim, gas fireplace, 9-foot to 14-foot ceilings and laundry room with washer/dryer hookup.

– Four display models have opened at Concord at Interlaken in north suburban Libertyville, a Concord Homes community of 90 semi-custom homes. Two of the models are decorated.
Concord’s new Designer Series offers 20 floor plan options that can add up to 400 square feet to each home. Priced from $317,990 to $353,490, the homes range from 2,700 to 3,500 square feet and include four to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and a two- or three-car garage.
Guest suites, master bedroom sitting rooms, dens, sun rooms, finished basements, and tech rooms are among the options available.
Floor plans feature volume, two-story and cathedral ceilings, dual staircases, window seats, kitchens with preparation islands and breakfast bars, cabinet pantries, and overhead soffitts. Four exterior combinations offer a variety of brick, Dryvit and cedar siding.

– Preconstruction sales are under way at Farmington Green Estates, a community of 103 single-family homes being developed in far north suburban Lindenhurst by D.R. Horton Custom Homes.
It is bordered on the west side by the MacDonald Woods Forest Preserve.
Eleven floor plans, with 1,760 to 2,475 square feet, offer three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Two of the plans are ranches and one features a first-floor master suite.
Preconstruction prices range from $176,900 to $194,900.
Volume or vaulted ceilings, archways, rounded drywall corners, half walls, and open layouts are some of the features included. Kitchens have center islands and breakfast bars per plan.

– A sales center is open and sales are under way at Prairie Ridge, a Summerland Homes Inc. community of 97 single-family homes.
Located in far northwest suburban Woodstock, Prairie Ridge features six floor plans ranging from 1,350 to 1,975 square feet with three or four bedrooms and one to 2 1/2 baths. They are priced from $142,900 to $163,900.
A 1,978-square-foot two-story Cameo display model offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen with separate dinette, and a family room.

– Weiss Development Corp. will open its first display model Saturday, Feb. 21, at Hidden Lakes Condominiums in north suburban Lincolnshire, planned for 33 two- and three-bedroom residences.
Remaining units range from 2,035 to 2,502 square feet and are priced from $242,900 to $335,400.
The two-bedroom Plan 1 model, priced at $282,500, has been decorated by William Frosolone Interior Design and features 2,290 square feet, including an 18-foot terrace, great room with a 10-foot bay window, kitchen with work island, and master bedroom with almost 600 square feet.

– Huntington, a single-family community planned for 154 homes in southwest suburban Bolingbrook, has opened four display models.
The community, by Montalbano Homes, offers 15 floor plans in two lines ranging from 1,532 to 2,916 square feet. They are priced from $137,900 to $191,900, including three or four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and basements.
Customization options include additional bedrooms, sitting rooms, dens, expanded family rooms, and three-car garages.
One of the models is the 1,976-square-foot Ellington, which has been expanded to 2,128 square feet with an expanded family room and master bedroom.
It also features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, volume ceilings in the living and dining rooms, and an island kitchen with pantry and nook. It is priced from $154,900.
Another of the models is the 1,844-square-foot Devonshire, which has been expanded to 2,069 feet with a fourth bedroom. It is priced from $147,900, including a family room, 2 1/2 baths, and an eat-in kitchen with island and pantry.
Standard features of homes at Huntington are partial basements, volume ceilings per plan, and maintenance-free siding, soffit and fascia, plus a 10-year warranty.

Quarter-acre lots, which are available only in lot-plus-home packages, are priced from $58,500 to $66,200.
Airhart offers 10 two-story floor plans ranging from about 2,000 to 2,400 square feet and priced from $215,000 to $300,000. They feature three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages.
Amenities include nine-foot first-floor ceilings, oak kitchen flooring, volume ceilings, and deluxe landscaping packages with sodded yards, sidewalks and plantings.
