School officials are inviting the public to a discussion on how district schools can best team up with community groups to use technology in the classroom. Participants also will discuss how schoolchildren, businesses and community groups can work together on projects that will benefit the community.

Kirby School District 140 will present the Technology Roundtable, which will also ask parents and members of the community about the kind of technology skills that children should be learning.

For more information, call the district offices at 708-532-6462.
