Mike James led Duquesne (10-14, 4-7) with 20 points.
Syracuse 72, Miami 63: Jason Hart had 19 points for the No. 23 Orangemen (18-5, 8-4 Big East), while Miami fell to 15-6, 8-5. Syracuse improved to 6-1 in the conference on the road, while Miami lost at home for the first time in six league games. Tim James led Miami with 24 points and 12 rebounds.
Wichita State 57, Bradley 53: Jason Perez had 22 points and nine rebounds for Wichita State (12-13, 8-6 Missouri Valley) in Peoria. The Braves (10-12, 6-8 Missouri Valley) scored the first basket but never saw the lead again.
