Cornerstone Properties, a New York-based real estate investment trust, has acquired the Corporate 500 Centre, a four-building office complex in Deerfield, from Matas Corp. for $150 million. The 785,000- square-foot complex, adjacent to the Berto Center practice facility for the Chicago Bulls, was built between 1986 and 1990 and is more than 99 percent leased.
