In the article on romantic trips (“Pack your bags, sweetheart,” Travel, Feb. 1), the author recommends a hotel and suggests, “Even if you don’t belong to AARP (American Association of Retired Persons), tell them that you do, and they’ll let you have the room for $184 instead of 200-something.”
Isn’t there enough deceit in our world without advocating yet more dishonesty?
