Sam Rogak, 81, chief executive officer of ATP Inc., in Morton Grove, died Tuesday in the Hospice of the North Shore in Evanston. A resident of Northbrook, Mr. Rogak founded the auto parts company, specializing in service parts for automatic transmissions, with his partner, Richard Wolff. Survivors include his wife, Fay; two sons, Gary and Martin; a daughter, Maureen Rubenstein; and three grandchildren. Services have been held.
