Emma June Lyons, 81, of Naperville, a retired accountant for Continental Insurance Co. of Chicago, died Tuesday in Edward Hospital, Naperville. Mrs. Lyons was an accountant for Continental for 25 years. She served as president of the PTA’s North Central Regional Chicago Office. Mrs. Lyons attended classes at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Eastern Illinois University, and played the trumpet and sang in the choir at both schools. Survivors include a son, Howard Wagner; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in First Presbyterian Church of DuPage, 180 Naperville Rd., Bolingbrook.
