Playboy Enterprises Inc. said it will lose as much as $25 million in sales over the next decade because of a law that restricts the times adult entertainment programs can be aired on television. Playboy is asking a three-judge panel in U.S. District Court, Wilmington, Del., for a permanent injunction against what it contends is unduly restrictive and unconstitutional enforcement of a section of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
