Robert T. Ryan, 45, of Palatine, formerly of Chicago, died Monday in his home. Born in Chicago, Mr. Ryan was a supervisor and driver for Gibbon Printing Inks of Elgin and the girls basketball coach at Immanuel Lutheran School in Palatine. Survivors include his wife, Vicki; three daughters, Angela and Tracy Ryan and Erin Stemper; and four brothers. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Immanuel Lutheran Church, 200 N. Plum Grove Rd., Palatine.
