I would like to commend Patrick T. Reardon for his well-written, balanced article on the circuit party scene (“Out on the circuit,” Tempo, Feb. 23). He presented this group for what it is–just one subgroup within the gay subculture, with its own reasons for being as well as its flaws. The circuit scene is controversial and highly visible, but Mr. Reardon gave everyone a fair shake. Thank you for such professional work.
