Edwin H. Schlueter, 92, of West Chicago, died Thursday in Texas. Born in West Chicago, Mr. Schlueter was a retired switchman for Chicago & North Western railroad. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years, ending in 1924. Survivors include his wife, Valeria; a son, Glen; a daughter, Eleanor Clemence; a stepson, Jerry Lambert; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Williams-Woodward Funeral Home, on Illinois Highway 59 and Pine Street in West Chicago. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
