Focus Development has two display models open for viewing at 811 Chicago Avenue Residences in Evanston, an eight-story condominium building planned for 62 units.

– Four new floor plans have been added to the lineup at The Preserve of WindDance Valley in north suburban Lake Villa.

When complete, Preserve at WindDance Valley will feature 115 single-family homes priced from $172,990 to $232,990.

– Preconstruction sales are under way at Mirage, United Homes’ new 1,100-home community in Joliet, which will include retirement ranch villas, courthomes and single-family homes in a master-planned, multi-generational community on 317 acres.
The initial phase of Mirage will include 100 courthomes priced from $90,000 and 56 attached and 92 detached ranch villas, priced from $130,000. Attached villas will be built in clusters of two or three. Single-family homes are priced from $129,990.
The 100 courthomes include two or three bedrooms, lofts per plan, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and 885 to 1,451 square feet. Monthly assessments are about $86.
The 56 fee-simple attached ranch villas and 92 fee-simple detached villas have two to three bedrooms or two bedrooms plus den, two baths and 1,273 to 1,505 square feet.
Monthly assessments for the attached villas are about $98, and about $84 for the detached villas.
