Ruth Tilton, 72, died Thursday in her Wheaton home. She was formerly employed by the City of Wheaton and had worked for the editorial department of Scripture Press Publications in Chicago and later for Allied Van Lines. She was a member of the board of the First Baptist Church of Wheaton. She was born in New York. Survivors include her husband, Amos; a son, Mark; a daughter, Cheryl Ziegler; four grandchildren; and a brother. Visitation will be from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Wheaton, 1310 N. Main St., Wheaton.
