William R. McCarty, 91, of Batavia and formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday in Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva. Mr. McCarty was past treasurer of McCarty Brothers Equipment Corp. in Lisle. Survivors include three sons, William Raymond Jr., Robert P. and Donald A.; a daughter, Peggy J. Ivinson; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Patrick’s Mission Church, 6 N 491 Crane Rd., St. Charles.
