Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...
Not into serious writing like our cover woman at right? Then get silly instead: Try to figure out your friends handwriting from the scrawls they send you with this Handwriting Decoder (Dynamo House, $12 at Healing Earth Resources in Chicago). Consider it all in fun, but here’s what we found out about a few common handwriting styles.
1. Using circles to dot an i could mean the writer is deceptive.
2. Making way-fancy letters could mean the person is snobby.
3. Writing straight up and down instead of on the slant could mean the person is very direct and truthful.
This is noteworthy: Got something to tell a friend? Fold that paper and pass it on! We’ll give you tips next week.
