Billie Dockter, 66, a retired telephone technician for Central Telephone Co. of Illinois, died Saturday in his Mt. Prospect home. The former Des Plaines resident was a retired master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, with 20 years of service. Mr. Dockter was born in Long Lake, S.D. Survivors include a son, Michael; two daughters, Debbie Carroll and Michelle Farrell; two brothers, Leonard Dockter and Tom Casey; five sisters, Irene Morgan, Martha Hoeck, Grace Geist, Darlene Bollinger and Inez Kanis; and two grandsons. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until the time of services at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines.
