Phyllis M. McCombs, 79, a 30-year resident of Barrington, was a homemaker. Mrs. McCombs, who was born in Boones Mill, Va., died Sunday in her home. “She was a very loving woman,” said her son-in-law Gary Fink. Survivors include three daughters, Sue Fink, Ginger Osborne and Merle Vogt; two sisters, Nina Ross and Merle Wahlstrand; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Services will be private.
