Howard L. Voss, 77, of Lake in the Hills, formerly of Lombard, died Wednesday in Rosewood Care Center in Elgin. Mr. Voss lived in Lombard for 43 years before moving to Lake in the Hills two years ago. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1949 and worked for National Accident & Health Insurance Co. and C.N.A., retiring in 1980. Mr. Voss was an Army veteran, serving in World War II in China, Burma and India. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Calvary Episcopal Church, 105 W. Maple St., Lombard.
