Stefania Vartelas, 68, a former 30-year resident of Glen Ellyn, died Feb. 14 in Greece. Mrs. Vartelas worked for the Queen Bee School District 16 in Glendale Heights and retired after 25 years in 1993. Survivors include her husband, Spero; three daughters, Anna Bazigos, Argyro Gennette and Xristina Rahn; and eight grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday in Holy Apostles Church, 2501 S. Wolf Rd., Westchester.
