Eight of 122 homes remain for sale at Glenview Place in Glenview, a community of one- and two-story townhouses in Concord Homes’ Regency Villas Series.

Two of the five original floor plans are still available. Both designs are end units, with three-sided views and one common wall.

The 1,310-square-foot Hawthorn is a one-story design with two bedrooms, two baths and attached one-car garage, priced from $178,990.

The other available floor plan is the two-story Mayfair with three bedrooms or two bedrooms plus a library, three baths and an attached two-car garage. It is priced from $223,990.

Home exteriors are aluminum siding with brick and cedar accents. Inside, homes feature central air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting and ceramic tile in foyers and bathrooms.

Glenview Place is located on Sanders Road, off the Willow Road exit of Interstate Highway 294. Sales are being conducted from the sales center at Country Club Villas of Rob Roy, 612 Concord Way, off Euclid Avenue in Prospect Heights.

– Lanco Development has opened its first model at The Fairways of Turnberry, a golf course community planned for 320 single-family homes in the village of Lakewood, near Crystal Lake.

The 3,100-square-foot Largo model is priced at $359,500. The two-story all-Dryvit home with a three-car garage has four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

The sunken family room features a 10-foot ceiling and masonry fireplace. The kitchen has an expanded bay window in the breakfast area and an octagon-shaped ceiling. The home also features a full basement, hardwood floors throughout most of the first level, and a security system.

The semi-custom community features more than 40 floor plans–many with first-floor master suites–priced from about $340,000, including lots. The lots range from half an acre to an acre and include city sewer and water.

Sales hours at the Fairways of Turnberry are noon to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, or by appointment. The community is located off of Lakewood Road, two miles west of Randall Road and just north of Ackmann Road.

– A Birch model is open for viewing at Woodland Lakes, a Primera Inc. community of 90 townhouses in North Aurora.

The 1,150-square-foot Birch is a second-floor unit with an attached two-car garage and/or optional basement with direct access.

The two-bedroom, two-bath home, priced from $113,900, features an octagonal kitchen/breakfast room with bay window, and balcony off the living room.

Four other ranch and two-story floor plans are priced from $106,900 to $125,900 and include two or three bedrooms and 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths, plus an attached two-car garage.

Several spec homes with multiple upgrades are immediately available with discounts of $3,000 to $9,000.

– Towne Square in Skokie is approaching closeout with 15 condos–including three models–remaining for sale. Flexible delivery dates are available, with some homes offered for immediate move-in. Towne Square includes 95 condominiums in two six-story, brick buildings.

The remaining units are available in five floor plans ranging from 1,430 to 1,975 square feet with two baths, balconies and indoor heated parking. Prices range from $190,900 to $197,400 for two-bedroom condos and from $227,900 to $244,325 for units with three bedrooms.

One of the floor plans is the Hampton, priced from $192,500. It is a two-bedroom, two-bath design.

– Sheldon Good & Co. will auction 23 condominiums from the Hunt Club at 1 p.m. May 3 at 250 E. Main St. in west suburban St. Charles.

The Hunt Club, an RSC Development Co. community in St. Charles, has six floor plans featuring one to three bedrooms, including master bedrooms with private baths, dens, balconies, and central air conditioning.

Other amenities include security systems, heated underground parking, laundry facilities, storage, and landscaped common areas.

Seven of the homes will be sold absolute, regardless of price. Originally priced from $129,900 to $204,000, they will have opening bids of $50,000 to $95,000.

Open houses are scheduled for 1 to 4 p.m. April 4, 5, 18, 19, 25, 26 and May 2.
