Anna M. Douglas, 81, of Crystal Lake died Sunday at Fair Oaks Health Care Center in Crystal Lake. She was born in Scotland. Survivors include two daughters, Therese Keller and JoAnn Rinaldi; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Querhammer Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Mass will be said at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 272 King St., Crystal Lake.
