Veronica A. Lake, 44, of Bartlett, died Saturday in Hoffman Estates Medical Center. Mrs. Lake was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Robert; three sons, Robert, Patrick and Richard; her father, Thomas Shaughnessy; three brothers; and three sisters. Memorial services will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Martin-Bartwood Funeral Home, 600 W. Lake St., Bartlett.
