Bartley E. Arrington, 80, of Hinsdale died Tuesday in Hinsdale Hospital. Born in Chicago, Mr. Arrington was a broker, working in stocks and bonds. He also was a founding member of Ruth Lake Country Club in Hinsdale. Survivors include his wife, Janet N.; two sons, Scott C. and Richard A.; a daughter, Diane; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services will be private.
