Richard Patrick Cannon, 71, died Tuesday in his Glen Ellyn home. Born in Minneapolis, Mr. Cannon was a district sales manager for Lear Jet Corp. He also was a veteran in World War II and the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Lyla; a son, Richard; three daughters, Coleen Barry, Caryn Fisher and Cathleen Wildt; a brother; three sisters; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton. Services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. in St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, 480 S. Park Blvd., Glen Ellyn.
