Sales are under way for the 90 home sites in the fifth and final phase at Eagle Brook, a 563-acre golf course community in west suburban Geneva being developed by Joe Keim Builders.

The final phase features six semi-custom builders with homes typically ranging from 2,650 to 4,500 square feet and priced from about $300,000 to more than $600,000. Home sites are priced from $70,000 to more than $110,000 and can be purchased separately but only with approved builders.

The golf course community includes a 43,000-square-foot clubhouse, swim and tennis club, 17 lakes and two parks.

– Royal Hills Club, an Oak Brook development of 63 condominiums on seven acres, has entered its final phase of sales with five condos remaining.

The five condos, including two models, range from 1,790 to 2,112 square feet and offer $10,000 to $20,000 in upgrades. They are priced from $239,000 to $279,000.

Floor plans include two bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths; vaulted ceilings; gas fireplaces in living rooms; terraces; and baths with whirlpool tubs, double vanities, separate showers and ceramic tiles. All units also include a heated indoor parking space and storage area.

Royal Hills Club is located at the southwest corner of Midwest Road and 35th Street. The sales center, at 3525 Cass Ct., is open noon to 5 p.m. daily.

– Summerland Homes Inc. has opened a model for viewing at Prairie Ridge, which will feature 97 single-family homes in far northwest suburban Woodstock.

The five ranch, split-level and two-story floor plans are priced from $149,900 to $165,900 and feature 1,350 to 1,975 square feet with three or four bedrooms and one to 2 1/2 baths.

The 1,678-square-foot Cameo model has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Interior features include a two-story foyer, master suite with a walk-in closet and private bath, an adjoining kitchen and dinette opening to a family room, and combined formal living and dining area.

The Cameo has a brick and siding exterior accented by decorative shutters and window grills on the front elevation.

Available options include central air conditioning, fireplaces, nine-foot first-floor ceilings, wood stair railings, food disposals, and super baths with soaker tubs and separate showers.

Basements and attached two-car garages are standard.

– Two new models are open at Walnut Pointe in southwest suburban Bolingbrook, planned for 166 single-family homes.

Eight designs are available, including a ranch, a split-level and six two-story floor plans. They range from 1,508 to 2,107 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages, and are priced from $136,990 to $164,990.

One of the two models is the 1,508-square-foot, two-story Willow with three bedrooms (or optional fourth); 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths; eat-in kitchen; family room with optional fireplace; formal living room; master suite with dual closets, optional volume ceiling and private bath; optional basement; and attached two-car garage. It is priced from $136,990.

The Pinecrest has 1,689 square feet and is priced from $149,990. It includes four bedrooms or three bedrooms and a loft.

– Six condominiums, including the recently opened model, remain for sale at Optima Center Wilmette, a development of 54 one-, two- and three-bedroom condos at Central Avenue and 11th Street in downtown Wilmette.

The remaining designs include a one-bedroom with den, priced from $195,000 to $204,000; a two-bedroom with family room, priced at $298,000; and the three-bedroom model, priced at $391,000.

The four-story building was designed by architect David Hovey and built by Optima Inc., his development company. Building amenities include heated indoor garage parking, intercom security system, balconies or terraces in most units, a landscaped interior courtyard and a lap pool and party/exercise room.

The 1,860-square-foot model includes two baths, a family room, a great room opening to a family room, U-shaped kitchen with pantry, and a master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower.
