Julia M. Hoffmann, 45, of Arlington Heights, was a homemaker. Mrs. Hoffman, a Chicago native, died Saturday in her home. Survivors include her husband, Thomas W.; two sons, Patrick and Sean; and two daughters, Meghan and Bridget. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd., Mt. Prospect. Prayers will be said at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. A mass will follow at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 432 W. Park St., Arlington Heights.
