Pamela Dec, 43, of Rolling Meadows, formerly of Palatine, had been employed in sales at Policy Management Information Corp., Downers Grove. Miss Dec, who was born in Elgin, died Sunday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. She was a graduate of Harper Community College and earned a degree in business administration at Western Illinois University. Survivors include a sister, Ann-Marie DeLugish; and a brother, Michael. Prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, followed by a mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Hubert Catholic Church, 729 Grand Canyon Pkwy., Hoffman Estates.
