Barry E. Doerscheln, 42, of Palatine was a night supervisor for the Jewel Food Store on West Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg. Mr. Doerscheln, a native of Chicago, died Monday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. Survivors include his father, Raymond; his mother, Dorothy; a sister, Diane Redmond; and two brothers, William and Brian. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.
