Ameritech Corp. agreed to discontinue its Complete Card credit-card program and sell the program to Household Bank for an undisclosed amount. Financial terms were withheld. Chicago-based Ameritech said it began offering the card, with Household as the company’s banking partner, in 1991. Customers will receive a new card endorsed by Household Bank.
