Helen Warne Stack, 90, a retired executive secretary for U.S. Steel Corp., died Wednesday in Friendship Village Retirement Community in Schaumburg. A longtime Chicago resident, Mrs. Stack graduated from Schurz High School and went on to a business school and her job at U.S. Steel in Chicago. She is survived by her husband, John Stack. Visitation will be from 3 to 8:30 p.m. Friday in John V. May Funeral Home, 4553 Milwaukee Ave., Chicago. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Congregational Church of Jefferson Park, 5320 W. Giddings St., Chicago.
