Ellyn S. McGrath, 51, of Bartlett died Monday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Mrs. McGrath was a former teacher. Survivors include her husband, Michael T.; a son, Michael; two daughters, Mary Eileen and Colleen; a sister; and two brothers. Services will be at 9:45 a.m. Friday in Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd., Streamwood. Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. in St. Peter Damian Church, 109 S. Crest Ave., Bartlett.
