Herbert J. Koepp, 90, a resident of Windsor Park Manor in Wheaton, died Wednesday in Johnson Healthcare Center in Carol Stream. Born in Chicago, Mr. Koepp had lived at the Manor for 11 years. He attended high school at Luther Institute in Chicago and for many years worked as an accountant. He was a member of St. John Mayfair Lutheran Church in Chicago, then of St. John Lutheran in Wheaton. He is survived by his wife, Ella; three sons, Herbert, Howard and Robert; a daughter, Dorothea Huebschman; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers. A service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. John Lutheran Church, 125 E. Seminary, Wheaton.
