The Palatine Plan Commission has recommended approval of three residential developments.
If approved by the Village Board, the 30-acre Peregrine Lake Estates, planned for the northwest corner of Euclid Avenue and Quentin Road, will consist of 60 town homes and 39 single-family homes, each 3,200 to 3,500 square feet in size.
The commission also backed a nearby subdivision of 14 single-family homes to be known as Wexford Phase II. Kimball Hill Homes, the developer, said the houses will range in size from 3,000 to 3,400 square feet. The development is on six acres at the southeast corner of Euclid and Quentin.
A third project, by Insignia Developers, also got a green light by the panel. The proposed development of 11 single-family homes on 3.9 acres is to be built just north of Industrial Avenue and east of Plum Grove Road.
The Village Board is slated to vote Monday on the developments.
