Sam A. Bartoli, 85, of McHenry died Monday at Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry. Formerly of Chicago, he was a resident of McHenry since 1986. He was employed by the City of Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation for 10 years. Mr. Bartoli also worked as a truck driver for 37 years at Willett Co. of Chicago. He was a veteran of World War II who served in the Navy. He was a member of Teamsters Local 705 for 37 years. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Lucille; a daughter, Marianne Dwyer; two grandchildren; a brother, Frederick; and a sister, Etta Hess. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, with a funeral blessing at 11 a.m. Wednesday at George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home, 3519 W. Elm St., McHenry.
