Fort James Corp., Deerfield, said it will close a plant in Menasha, Wis., that makes food wrap, as well as a plastic-cutlery operation in Houston. The Menasha plant, employs about 115 people. Food-wrap operations will be consolidated at Fort James’ plant in Parchment, Mich., and about 60 jobs will be shifted there.
