Kemper Insurance Companies, Long Grove, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pyramid Services Inc., a developer of software products for the insurance and managed-care industries with annual revenues of $8.75 million. Based in Danbury, Conn., Pyramid has developed a software product that incorporates claim processing, claim intake, bill review, care management and reporting.
